How To Get To Level 80 In As Little As 7 Days

If you want to get to LVL 80 as fast and easily as possible, this is probably the most important blog post you’ll ever read.

I love WoW but whenever I wanted to start a new character and explore the end-game with new skills and talents, I had to waste a lot of time getting my char to 80.

Also, my guild mates and friends had to wait – I was constantly switching back and forth between leveling my new character or playing my old one so I wouldn’t miss out on the fun with my guild and mates.

Advance my char or have fun? It’s a game after all, so of course you’d choose fun over “work”.

It drove me crazy!

I tried a lot of things to level faster.

Finding the best talent build for my character and learn how to use it to level faster. Playing with glyphs or trying out different items and skill rotations.

But as I learned and played with those things, they wasted even more time. So many options, which one to go after?

Then I stopped and really thought about the whole issue.

What helps me to level faster than anything else? Which 20% of my activities gave me 80% results in leveling speed?

Of course, it’s quests!

All the other things you can do to help you level quicker are nice, but they only make a real difference if you use them to do the right quests in the right order.

Which brings me to the next problem.

Unless you have lvled lots of characters 1-80 and kept records of the good quests, you don’t know which quests to avoid and which you should do right now.

If you get your questing path dialed you will automatically level the fastest way possible. There is no other (legal) way to get to 80 FAST.

This is where leveling guides come in. Most of them are crap, outdated or not updated often enough.

The guide I recommend in 2010 is Zygor’s guide. The guide is so good you can be done with your leveling in as little as 7 days /played time. Some people on the Zygor’s forums are even quicker.

I really like that one because it is produced and regularly updated by pro-gamers who love this game as much as we do.

It’s the most popular at this time.

You might think that ingame addons can get you banned by Blizzard. That’s simply not true! There are some things that are frowned upon, but it’s not using a leveling guide that just shows an arrow to tell you where to go next.
